Our Story

Enviro-Flor is a family-owned agricultural business based in Lusaka, Zambia, with over 25 years of experience in innovative and sustainable farming. What began as a rose farm has evolved into a dynamic operation specialising in vegetable production, seed cultivation, and export crops. Today, we combine tradition, expertise, and modern techniques to deliver high-quality produce to both local and international markets.

Enviro-Flor was established in 1995 with a vision to transform agriculture in Zambia. Located on 1,400 hectares in Ngwerere near Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, the farm has grown into a diversified operation with advanced irrigation systems, greenhouse production, and export-focused farming.

Over the years, the business has transitioned from rose production to vegetable farming, and now focuses strongly on seed production for international markets. Under new leadership, Enviro-Flor continues to evolve by embracing innovation, sustainability, and long-term growth.

Who We Are

Enviro-Flor was founded by Watze and Angelique Elsinga, who brought their vision of modern agriculture to Zambia in 1995. Over time, the farm adapted to changing markets; shifting from roses to vegetables, and now to seed production.

Today, the next generation is leading the business forward, building on decades of knowledge while introducing new ideas and technologies to take the farm to the next level.
